The bottom line

Tjr Boutique Hotel earns solid marks for service and staff, but the unusually low comfort rating suggests potential issues worth checking in recent reviews. For travelers prioritizing attentive service and need parking in Chiang Mai, this could be a reasonable pick—if comfort isn't a top concern.
